Assistant Lighthouse for Families Director – Cataula, GA
Lighthouse for Families is expanding services in the Columbus, GA area and seeking an Assistant Lighthouse for Families Director to lead our skilled visitation program. This position is responsible for providing oversight and management of services provided under the DFCS Delivered Services Program contract, including supervised visitation services, completion of assessments, counseling, parenting classes, and behavioral aide services. Qualified candidates must possess a current State of Georgia Professional Clinical License, a master’s degree in social work, Psychology, or related field, a minimum of three years casework experience and three years of management/supervisory experience in a similar position/program preferred. As a Team Leader at The Methodist Home for Children and Youth, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team to deliver exceptional support services to youth and their families. This position is vital in ensuring the effective implementation of our programs while fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment. Qualified candidates preferably possess a Bachelor’s Degree, two years supervisory experience and two years’ experience in direct care services.
