The Eagle’s Nest Children’s Center

quality rated 2

The purpose of the Eagle’s Nest Children’s Center is to provide a nurturing environment where children ages 6 weeks through 4 years can receive developmentally appropriate care. The Eagle’s Nest Children’s Center operates Monday – Friday during the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. This center is a non-profit ministry of The Methodist Home for Children and Youth providing child care services to staff of the Methodist Home, as well as families in the community.

Eagle’s Nest Children’s Center supports and encourages each child’s individual development – social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual. We believe that children learn through discovery in their play experiences. Learning centers and a robust curriculum provide enrichment and support the needs of each individual child.

Each child becomes a part of the Methodist Home’s extended family. Parents are encouraged to be involved in all of the ministries provided by The Methodist Home and share with us in providing the highest level of care for all the children and youth served at The Methodist Home.

The Eagle’s Nest Children’s Center is nationally accredited by Council on Accreditation’s Early Childhood Education, the United Methodist Association’s Health and Welfare Ministry’s EAGLE Accreditation and a Quality Rated Center.
