Our Policy
The Methodist Home for Children and Youth highly respects the privacy of its online visitors. Visitors are not required to register or provide any personal information in order to access our site. We do not rent, exchange, sell or trade postal or e-mail addresses or phone numbers. When a visitor voluntarily supplies us with contact information, we may send mail, e-mails or call with information on our programs, services or upcoming events. If a visitor does not wish to receive contact from us, they may opt out by sending us an e-mail, call or write with the name and address of the person wanting not to be contacted. We honor all such requests.
Security of Personal Information
We use high quality encryption software to communicate with each visitor's browser software. This method is the industry standard. Security protocol makes it very difficult for anyone to intercept any personal information sent to us.
If you are filling out the Admission Information Form, please know that it is confidential. Only our Intake Staff will have access to the information to followup by mail, e-mail or phone. Information provided through the Employment Application process is also confidential. Respondents will be contacted by phone or letter PRIOR to contact with personnel. We do not share our applicant database with any organization, nor do we make our database available for purchase.
Children on our site
Children are always welcome on our site so that they can learn more about us. However, we encourage this access with parental consent and supervision.
