The Methodist Home for Children and Youth is seeking a Program Manager for our Girl’s Cottage in Macon, Georgia.
Essential Job Functions:

- The Methodist Home for Children and Youth is seeking a supervisor to direct and coach employees in a residential setting in the Girl’s cottage in Macon, Georgia.
- We are seeking an energetic, mature professional with a commitment to coaching and mentoring staff as well as helping our youth ages 12-17 reach their full potential.
- Shift hours vary.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a Social Services or related field preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience required, experience can be substituted for degree, residential experience a plus.

Essential Job Functions:

- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Promote a professional, positive work environment.
- Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships.
- Maintains supervision of residents at all times, establishes and maintains an environment that promotes the safety of the residents.
- Role model and mentor for staff,
- Maintain integrity of the program structure and insure the therapeutic environment of the program.
