The Methodist Home for Children and Youth currently is seeking applicants for future Full Time and Part Time Child Care Worker positions. Work hours vary.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Do you want to make a difference in the lives of children?  We have a full time opening helping our children reach their full potential.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Promote a professional, positive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships.
  • Maintains supervision of residents at all times, establishes and maintains an environment that promotes the safety of the residents.
  •  Role model and mentor for staff,
  •  Maintain integrity of the program structure and insure the therapeutic environment of the program.
  • Qualified applicants will have two years experience working with children and/or a bachelor’s degree in a human service field.  The Methodist Home offers excellent benefits and competitive salaries.
